Refund policy
At The TitanFit Store, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Please ensure all items are returned in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
To start a return, email us at dhrubo2539@yahoo.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for returning your item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Non-returnable items: Final sale items, gift cards, and undergarments are not eligible for return or refund.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.
